Hell
Biography
Hell is a 1982 Heavy-Metal band formed in Derbyshire, England. David G. Halliday (Guitare / Chant), Kev Bower (Guitare / Claviers / Chant), Tim Bowler (Battery) and Tony Speakman (Basse) will rehearse together for four years and release four demos which unfortunately come out in the midst of the decline of the NWOBHM. In 1986, Kev Bower left the band replaced by Sean Kelly, and the following year Hell split up. Very marked by the end of the band, Dave G. Halliday committed suicide some time later by carbon monoxide poisoning. In 2008, Hell's original members decided to reform themselves with the help of two Sabbat members: Martin Walkyier singing and Andy Sneap as second guitarist. But the band finds that Martin's voice is too particular and that the new compositions sound far too much like Sabbat's originals. Thus, David Bower, Kev's brother, is invited to re-record the voices. Hell comes back from afar and yet, their first album, Human Remains , is finally released by Nuclear Blast in 2011, where we discover a band that does not hesitate to breathe new elements into its music with influences Speed, Power, Symphony or Thrash-Metal.
