Hel Is For Heroes, published in 1962, is above all a film about the theme of World War II, with actors as prestigious as Steve McQueen or James Coburn on his poster. A little culture never hurts, and explicit, the present case, the name used by this London formation which was born in September 2000. Including former members of Symposium, the quintet recorded its first EP, Sick Happy, just six months later, and went on tour alongside Biffy Clyro. Unexpected result, the combo was signed on EMI in July 2001, and attacked the recording of The Neon Handshake as soon as they passed in 2002. Produced by these Swedes, Pelle Henrickson and Eskil Lovestrom, responsible for the success of Refused and Poison The Well, the album appeared in February 2003, after long tours. Two years later, Hell Is For Heroes is delivering their second opus, Transmit Disrupt , this time distributed by Burning Heart ( Randy , Millencolin ) who recently signed them in September 2005. Recipe identically? Not sure, on the other hand, the production ingredients remain the same since Justin and his companions are once again under the control of the Scandinavians. The third chapter opens as the previous one, with the hope of a signature, then disillusion by finally being alone with the same team for recording. Released in mid 2007 an album that will hopefully allow the band to take on the scale it deserves.
