I Love Ufo

I Love UFO is the result of the meeting of the three French Butch Mc Koy, Bass Monster and Florent "Blind Man" Lafon. Aficionados of the psyched drifts, punk arty and pop of rock-n-roll they are noticed by their wild stage performances. Quickly signed by an English manager they chain two tours in the UK, crossing bands such as The Ex or 80s Matchbox B Line Disaster. They released a first EP, Thousand Kisses, on the Miscreant Records label and returned to France to prove that their reputation is not usurped. It was in 2006 that Wish , their first album by Record Makers ( Klub Des Loosers , Sébastien Tellier ), was released the label founded by Air . Produced by Vicarious Bliss , from the electro scene, the band deepens this aspect of their music while keeping this rock and experimental energy developed on stage. In August 2007, a line-up change took place: Bass Monster left the band, and an additional guitarist joined the band. It was in 2010 that I Love UFO returned with Dirty Animals at Asphalt Duchess.
