Biography

If These Trees Could Talk is a post-rock instrumental band formed in Akron, Ohio. Zack Kelly (Batterie) composed the band's first essays during his schooling in Pittsburgh, then went on to find musicians to perform them. This is how Cody Kelly, Jeff Kahal, Mike Socrates (Guitares) and Tom Fihe (Basse) improve these songs that come out on a first eponymous in 2006. If These Trees Could Talk plays a Post-Rock more moving than the average inspired among others by Red Sparowes or Russian Circles. In 2009, a first long format album was released by Mylene Sheath label named Above The Earth, Below The Sky. Deepening its heavy and atmospheric style, If These Trees Could Talk returns in 2012 with Red Forest signed by the recent label Science Of Silence Records. Four years later, the Americans returned with The Bones Of A Dying World and a new signature at Metal Blade Records.
