Biography

Imindain formed in 2002 in Stoke-On-Trent, England on the ashes of Dark Electro Killing Mercy. Founded by Dan Lowndes (Guitare / Chant), Lee Bullock (Chant) J.M. Cox (Guitare), Richard Farn (Basse) Ed (Battery) and Matthew Whiting (Guitare), line-up changes will be constant in the band's news. Kevin Brady quickly replaced Matthew Whiting on bass and Imindain recorded a first demo, Endless in 2004, limited to a hundred copies, and Richard Farn also left the band, replaced by Kristopher Clayton (Basse). Kevin is replaced by Stacey Booth (Battery) and the band then plays concerts in the first parts of Esoteric, Indesinence, Pantheist and Lazarus Blackstar. They released a second demo: Monolithium , in 2006. Very well received, the mix of Doom / Death Metal and Funeral Doom Metal performed by the group allows him to contract with the Japanese from Weird Truth Productions. Kristopher left the band in September 2006, but remained credited with the release of And The Living Shall Envy The Dead , Imindain's first album, which appeared in 2007. J.M. Cox and Stacey Booth leave in 2007 but see Matthew Whiting return to guitar this time, then the arrival of Mark Lovatt (Guitare) and David Tibble (Battery) with whom a split tribute to Bethlehem with the French of Ataraxia comes out in 2009. However, Dan Lowndes, who was there at the time of the band's creation, left Imindin in 2008, followed also by Matthew Whiting, then Mark and David in 2010, leaving Lee Bullock alone. There have been guitarists, bassists and drummers for years, Ben Cope (Basse), Kliff Williams (Basse), Shane Turner (Basse), R.S. (Battery), Stuart Haggata (Guitare), S.P. (Guitare) or Tom Olexa (Guitare) without this leading to a stable line-up. It takes until 2017 for Lee Bullock to release a new single ep, entitled The Enemy Of Fetters And The Dweller In The Woods, which appeared at Weird Truth Productions and Aphelion Productions.
