Biography

To announce that quality does not wait for the number of years seems already seen and heard, and yet how not to mention this fact when faced with such phenomena. It is only 16 years old that Claes Strängberg (Guitare / Chant) founded Immanu El , based on individual musical experiences, to which his twin Per (Guitare) will quickly join in a first step, then two childhood friends, Michael Persson (Batterie) and Emil Karlsson (Basse). A simple barn, a small town at the bottom of Sweden (Jönköping) suitable for dreaming, Sigur Ros and Logh as virtual sponsors; give to Immanu El la force et l'inspiration d'enchainer une demo, un voyage vers Reykjavik (the Post-Rock Mecque), un ep Killerwhale en 2005, un BO pour un film chinois, prédente d'enfinir sur un premier album en 2007, They David Lillberg (Claviers, Guitar) joined the band in 2008 and Jonatan Josefsson replaced Michael on drums in 2009 before Moen's recording, clearly freed from the Post-Rock influences of the debut. In Passage in 2011 marks this musical continuity of the band.
