Impureza
Biography
In 2004, Lionelito (Guitare) and Lamas (Chant / Basse) decided to form a new group with iberic influences. Joined by Yann to the drums and Gorio as second guitarist, so born Impureza , a meeting place between the aggressiveness of Brutal Death and the colorful sounds of Flamenco. A first demo, Y Correra Tu Sangre , allows the band to build a fan base and play some local concerts. A second demo, Ruina De La Penitencia , as well as a split with Hellspawn and Hateful in 2006, further integrates the Flamenco parts in their compositions and Impureza begins to become known gradually in the underground world. A few line-up changes later, (Guillermo and Rafael replace Yann and Gorio), the combo starts off on the right foot with a new demo, En El Desierto De La Creencia, then a split with Arsonist, Sudden Death and Ingurgitating Oblivion. Impureza also played concerts in France and Benelux, opened for Trepalium , Gojira , Imply In All , Leng Tche , The Monolith Deathcult or Suffocation, among others, and integrated Hellfest 2007 programming. More than five years after their debut, Impureza finally released its first album, La Iglesia Del Odio , produced by Stephane Buriez ( Loudblast ). Rafael left the band in 2012, followed the year after by Lamas. It is Florian (Basse) and Esteban Martin (Chant - Como Muertos ) who take over, allowing Impureza to return at the end of 2013 with an ep two titles.
