Jacaszek

Although Lo-Fi Stories , his first album, was released in 2004, Michal Jacaszek , born in 1972, entered the world of music in 1998. At that time, his first published works illustrated poems by young Polish artists. Her work has since been bogged down between classical music (such as the use of harpsichords), electro and trip-hop, and has a place alongside Australian Ben Frost or Canadian Tim Hecker. While Treny (2008) allows him to shoot outside his borders, Jacaszek continues his experiments: Pentral (2009), recorded live in a cathedral, sees the integration of field records; Glimmer (2011) pushes even further the denaturation of acoustic sound in electronic sizzling.
