Biography

When the Melvins meet Jello Biafra, the living god of punk and leader of the mythical Dead Kennedys, the mix is surprising. Biafra is not in his first collaboration since his departure from the Dead Kennedys in 1987. These include the album Last Scream Of The Missing Neighbours with D.O.A.'s horns, his appearance in the latest Napalm Death, or his song written for the album Chaos A.D. by Sepultura, Biotech Is Godzilla. Anarchist at his lost hours, his music is very committed and he even goes so far as to submit his candidacy to the San Francisco Town Hall in 1979 (where he arrives fourth out of 10 candidates).
