Kardashev

Kardashev is a multi-faceted band mixing Deathcore, Black Metal and Post-Rock. Created in 2012 and native to Arizona, the band is currently composed of Nico Mirola on guitar, Mark Garrett on singing, Alex Rieth on bass and Sean Lang on drums. From 2012, the band released Progression a demo mixing Deathcore and atmospheric atmospheres. The following year, the group proposed Excipio an EP standing on the Death Metal side. Continuing its momentum, in 2014, the band recorded Iota pt. I and then moved on to the first full-length with Peripety published in 2015. Gradually, the band added more and more Ambiant passages to its compositions and it was on the album The Almanac in 2017 that their music fully incorporated elements Shoegaze and Post-Rock.
