Biography

Jason Shevchuk - Dan Yemin singing - David Wagenschutz guitar - Steve Farrell drums - bass (1999) Michael "Spider" Cotterman - bass (2000)
Built on Lifetime's ashes, Kid Dynamite took shape in 1997 at the instigation of Dave Wagenschutz and Dan Yemin, respectively drummer and guitarist. Wishing to revive a style of hardcore more based on the sing-a-long and enthusiastic melodies as one could find at 7 Seconds or Gorilla Biscuits, the duo joins the services of Jason Shevchuk whose unique voice will be one of the major assets of Philadelphia combo.
In just two years and two albums, Kid Dynamite marks the hardcore of the end of the nineties before separating. Jason Shevchuk is now a member of None More Black, while David Wagenschutz and Dan Yemin, who are still inseparable, make the beautiful days of Paint it Black.
