Born in 2000 in northern France, Kitchen Tool Set records its first demo, This is a Demonstration, a year later. The same year the band made an appearance on the Monstertruck Corp compilation with the title "The Paolo Cesar Project" alongside Milgram, Yolk and Czapski. In 2002, Kitchen Tool Set recorded a split with Suchi Destroy, Tremen and Superstar Disco Club, followed in 2003 by a three-track cd entitled Sentiment Physics. For two years, the Nordic group has been working on a full-length project that was launched in 2007 as Mixture .
