Kronos
Biography
Kronos is a group of Brutal Death Metal from Epinal, formed in 1994. At his formation, Jérôme Grammaire (Guitare / Chant), Marot (Guitare), Jeremy Siaux (Basse / Chant) and Michaël Saccoman (Battery) are inspired by groups of Heavy / Thrash Metal like Slayer. Line-up changes are taking place: Nicolas Temmar replaces Marot and Christophe Gérard joins the band as a singer. Kronos also changed his musical orientation by playing Death Metal and released his first Outrance demo in 1997. Tom replaced Jeremy at bass in 1999, then the band radicalized to a Brutal Death and released a split the following year with None Divine. The band is therefore strongly inspired by Greek mythology as its name indicates and first releases its first album, Titan's Wakening in self-production, and then thanks to Warpath Records at the end of 2001. Richard replaced Nicolas on guitar in 2003, then Kronos signed a contract with Xtreem Music leading to Colossal Titan Strife in 2004, a European tour in 2005 and the release of the third opus, The Hellenic Terror in 2007. Unfortunately, in 2009, Kronos Christophe left the band. For two years, the band disappeared from radars and returned to the stage with Chris Lewis singing with new compositions. But the line-up waltz continues. Michaël left the band in 2012, briefly replaced by Quentin Regnault, who remained for only one year, and Trivette replaced Chris as singer...
