Biography
Kruger's debut dates back to 2001 following the gatherings of members of Rude, Sweet Disease and Sludge. Only a small year later, the first album was released: Build For Speed. In 2003, a tour of France and Switzerland from which the band came. They share the stage with formations like Gojira, Sleepers, Isis or Knut. The end of this tour is marked by the start of the bassist, preferring to devote himself to his other two bands: Samael and Sludge . The replacement didn't get too late and the recording of Cattle Truck started in Lausanne in spring 2004 with Fredrick Nordstrom (Dimmu Borgir , In Flames , Opeth , At The Gates , Hammerfall , Sludge ) and Peter In de Betou (Entombed , Nine , Dismember , In Flames , Shovel ) at the controls. The album was released on RRRecords at the end of 2004. Adopting a Sludge / Post-Hardcore of great power and wealth, the group is approaching Cult Of Luna and Isis, but also Tool, Helmet or Breac h. Three years later and after having shot with many bands, the Lausannes after a change of line-up and stables, released their third album, Redemption Through Looseness , mixed by Kurt Ballou (Converge ), and operated a more direct turn and Hardcore in their music. In 2010, the fourth Swiss album, For Death, Glory, And The End Of The World was released by Listable Records, allowing Kruger to become more known.
