Kypck

Despite its name which means and pronounces itself Kursk, Kypck is native to Oulu / Tampere in Finland. Founded in 2007 by J. T. Ylä-Rautio (Basse), S. S. Lopakka (Guitare - Sentenced), E. Seppänen (Chant), and K. H. M. Hiilesmaa (Battery), Kypck is a Russian-sung Doom Metal. With the release in 2008, the band is known outside its borders thanks to a Doom both warrior and with Scandinavian melodies, but also thanks to its members who do not hesitate to display military visuals both in promo photos and on stage. In 2011 Kypck released a second record named He was replaced by A.K. Karihtala, then S. Kukkoohovi (Sentenced) joined the band as second guitarist. A third opus was launched in early 2014.
