It was in 1991 that five friends from the Nantes region decided to set up a rock band. The base of the Chameleons is laid, and will take concrete shape in 1993 by adopting the current name. In October 1995, Viva La Fiesta, the first self-produced and self-distributed cd, released 10,000 copies. In July 1997, Hay La fria , the coppers landed and the line-up stabilized. In 1999, they produced their third heat effort, with the Latin and chaloupé side taking a clear position. Todos came out in 2001 and sold more than 25,000 copies. The barouders began to export (Francofolies de Spa, toured in Germany, French-speaking favourite in Quebec City). Inexhaustible, Les Caméléons came out at the end of 2003 Happy Bordel and a year later the Live , recorded at the VIP in Saint-Nazaire. After more than 100,000 albums sold and 15 years of existence, No Concessions was released on September 11, 2006.
