Loyle Carner

Benjamin Gerard Coyle-Larner was born on 6 October 1994 in London. At the age of 13, he played a small role in the film 10,000 BC. In 2014 he left school after the death of his father-in-law who died of an epilepsy attack and decided to devote himself to music under the nickname of Loyle Carner . He made several first games in 2012 with Mf Doom and in 2015 with Joey Badass. He released his first Ep A Little Late in 2014. He also made the first part of Nas in London's 02 in 2016 and collaborated with Kae Tempest for a performance. His first album, Yesterday's Gone , was released in 2017 and received a very favorable critical welcome, but it was mainly with Not Waved, But Drowning , a very poetic and personal record, that he made his mark. It was in 2022 with Hugo that he confirmed the qualities of his introspective and sensitive Hip-Hop.
