Machete

Formed in Montaigu at the end of 2010, Machete operates in a fusion of hardcore, stoner, heavy rock, hazelnut and sludge. The quartet soon recorded a first album without a title on the local label Ainu Records. This will make them tour a lot in the Northwest region mainly, until the return to the composition of a second long record, To Each His Own Temple , displaying a refined recipe, which will be released in 2014 and simultaneously at Ainu, Crumble Fight, Backwash Records, Subversive Ways and Heavy Noise Records. This second album will make them noticed by the Hellfest programmers as they will be part of the poster of the 2015 edition. The Montacutaines will then resume to compose new titles in 2016.
