Matrass

Matrass is a Bordeaux quintet gathered by two common passions: the Post-Metal and the Post-Hardcore. With compositions in the wake of The Ocean or Psychonaut, the training dose meticulously density and elegance, supporting a clear/saturated feminine song that makes its singularity. Around these compositions, the texts formulate a report to the world made of enchantment and anxiety and evoke the individual in his inner conflicts and his evolution. With an exhibition at the national level (first parts of Disturbator , Hypno5e , Ingrina , participation in Festival 666 ...), the band plunges straight into the new Post-metal wave with its first album, Cathedrals , released in May 2024.
