Biography

Maximum the Hormone is a Japanese metal band,
popularized mainly for making the soundtrack of the anime Death
Note. Composed of four members, Daisuke
singing, Nao on drums, Ryo on guitar and Futoshi on bass. The group
has the peculiarity of combining Western and Eastern styles both in
influences as in their composition, (the words being very
in English and Japanese within the same song) and
in the j-rock, punk rock metal and
Sometimes pop, funk or hardcore. Very focused on society their texts
are both angry and sarcastic, the group does not hesitate to give
much in the second degree anyway. With nearly twenty years of
career and seven studio albums, the Japanese are now more discreet
the media and the scenes following the various paternity and maternity of their
members who dedicate themselves to their family life, this is not said in shelter
something new someday.
