Metal Allegiance

At the beginning of 2015, David Ellefson (Megadeth bassist), Mike Portnoy (historical drummer of Dream Theater , playing today in The Winery Dogs , Transatlantic and Flying Colors ), and Alex Skolnick (the rhythmic guitar of Testament ) joined forces to form a super band whose base they embodied. The originality of the project lies in the absence of an appointed vocalist. The band announces a first eponymous album for autumn 2015, with a plethora of guest singers (Phil Anselmo de Pantera et Down , Matthiew Heafy de Trivium , Randy Blythe de Lamb Of God ...), but also solo guitarists (Andreas Kisser de Sepultura , Ben Weinman de The Dillinger Escape Plan ...), for a total of twenty musicians. Part of the line-up organises an Australian mini tour of a few dates, scheduled for early 2016.
