Monachus

Monachus is the new project of the three survivors of Icos, a Swedish band that released two albums between 2005 and 2008. Following the start of drummer Erik, in 2009 Erik (Guitare / Chant), Martin (Basse), Oskar (Guitare / Chant) recruited David to the drums, changed their surname for Monachus and released their first album, Out Of The Blue, which appeared in 2011 at Alerta Antisfascita Records. In 2011, the band left for its first European tour and recorded Below in 2013. Martin left the band shortly afterwards and was followed in 2017 by David. Monachus ended its activities in 2018. In 2022, we learn that Oskar, Erik and David set up a new band with Alex CF ( Fall Of Efrafa , Anopheli , Light Bearer ...) answering the name Urskek .
