Morbus Chron

Country: Sweden
Formed: 2007
Styles: Death Metal Progressive

Biography

Formed in 2007 by a band of teenagers composed then by Edvin Aftonfalk (Guitare / Chant), Robert Andersson (Chant / Guitar), Krizze (Basse) and Stefan (Battery), Morbus Chron was first noticed in 2010, the year of the release of their first ep, as typically Death Metal training. Adam Lindmark quickly replaced Krizze at bass in 2008 and in 2010, Dag Landin was recruited as bass player and Adam pivoted to find himself behind the drums. Half of the band is not even major yet, but the group from Stockholm is already attracting the attention of some fans of Death Metal Old School. In fact, the Swedish support this interest from the very beginning. With an unusual maturity and mastery, they quickly joined a first album, Sleepers In The Rift , published by Pulverised Records the following year. Now at Century Media Records, Morbus Chron is making a radical turn for his second album, Sweden , choosing to develop his style on the Death Metal Progressive field.
