My Awesome Compilation

Originally from Leicester (England), My Awesome Compilation was formed in 2001 and released its first EP in April 2002: Sounds For Entrances . Woody Cobb joined them in December, only a month after recording a second EP, The View Is Amazing. The latter was edited by SoirePoint Records (Alexisonfire , Further Seems Forever ), sponsored by Ben Moore ( Rocket From The Crypt , Finch ) at the Big Fish Studio in San Diego ( Jimmy Eat World , Blink-182).
A few concerts followed, followed by February 2003 by a mini-album by Bravestar Records (Tanaou, Copeland), entitled Every Souvenir Has A Story. The label will reissue The View Is Amazing in June 2004; Then a lot of dates, along with Fall Out Boy, Tsunami Bomb, Hopesfall, Reggie & The Full Effect, which did not stop them from concocting their first album, Actions, released in this year 2005, and which benefited from the production work of Larry Hibbett by Hundred Reasons. Now, the English continue to chain the dates with Motion City Soundtrack, Reel Big Fish, or Capdown.
