Myrkur

Myrkur which means darkness in Icelandic is Amalie Bruun's Black Metal project, Danish singer and musician with the Ex Cops duo. Presented on the musical scene since 2006, with an album and two EPS that she released under her own name, she landed in 2013 with Myrkur a project to the antipod of her past works. His first eponymous release a year later at Relapse Records, among the influences emanating from this first atmospheric jet, one can mention Ulver period Bergtatt, Darkthrone, or Enslaved. The album soberly named M was released the following year, still with the same label.
