Nekromantheon
Biography
Nekromantheon means "oracle of the dead" and was a temple dedicated to necromancy in ancient Greece. The band formed in 2005 in Kolbotn, Norway and played a Thrash Metal influenced by Slayer, Sadus, Kreator, Dark Angel or Sepultura. Sindre Solem (Basse / Chant), Christian Holm (Battery), Arild Myren Torp (Guitare / Chant) and Glenn Iversen (Chant) make their first weapons with a first ep, We're Rotting in 2007, but Glenn quickly left Nekromantheon. The trio decides to stay in this form and thus take care of the singing for the next albums. A split with Abigail was born in 2008, but it was mainly with Divinity Of Death that came out at High Roller Records that the band began to talk about him. The musicians perform at Maryland Death Fest 2010 and Live Evil Festival 2010. In 2012, Nekromantheon returned with Rise, Vulcan Spectre , his second album and performed in the first European part of Aura Noir .
