Biography

Nervosa is a women's Thrash Metal band founded in São Paulo, Brazil in 2010 by guitarist/singer Prika Amaral. Karen Ramos (Guitare), Fernanda Terra (Battery) and Fernanda Lira (Basse) joined her very quickly, but the second guitarist left the band. Nervosa then stayed on a trio format and recorded a demo in 2012 and was spotted by Napalm Records, which reissued it as Time Of Death. The band then changed to a drummer twice with the arrival of Jully Lee in 2012 / 2013 and then Pitchu Ferraz with whom they recorded two opus, Victim Of Yourself in 2014 and Agony in 2016 who also released at Napalm Records giving them a growing reputation. New drummer change in 2017 with the arrival of Luana Dametto, then the trio releases Downfall Of Mankind in 2018 still on the same label. Unfortunately in 2020, he split at Nervosa. Fernanda Lira and Luana Dametto left the group, leaving Prika Amaral alone on board. The other two musicians set out to play Crypta , while Prika surrounded by Mia Wallace (Bass - Abbat), Eleni Nota (Battery) and Diva Satanica (Chant). Now a quartet, Nervosa returned with Perpetual Chaos , their fourth opus, in 2021, still signed by Napalm Records.
