No Devotion
Biography
No Devotion was born in 2014 in Pontypridd, Wales from the encounter between the former Lostprophets (Mike Lewis - Guitar, Stuart Richardson - Bass, Lee Gaze - Guitar, Luke Johnson - Battery and Jamie Oliver - Claviers) and Thursday singer Geoff Rickly. In an Alternative Rock style not so far from both bands, the band quickly signed at Collect Records for the release of an ep, 10,000 Summers. Luke left the band at the end of 2014 and was replaced by Phillip Jenkins on drums. In 2015, No Devotion released its first album called Permanence . But in August 2017 Thursday is reformed and No Devotion is left out. It is not until 2022 that the band returned but amputated two of its founding musicians: Jamie and Mike. Geoff Rickly (Chant), Lee Gaze (Guitare / Chant) and Stuart Richardson (Basse / Programming) now continue No Devotion in trio and this is how they released their second album, No Oblivion , in September 2022 via Velocity Records.
