History naturally begins in Sweden, in a small village populated by 2,500 souls bearing the sweet name of Skinnskattenberg. With the revival of punk-rock beating its full strength for some years now, three young people decided to form a group in their turn in the summer of 1991. This combo, named No Fun At All - a clever mix between the Stooges song "No Fun" and the Sick of it All band - is composed of Mikael Danielsson then guitarist and composer, Henrik Sunvisson on bass and Jimmy Olsson on drums, in addition to having the privilege of being the singer. After a few repeats, their first effort came to the world in 1992 as a demo entitled Touchdown . Despite this first CD, Olsson was the first to leave the ship a year later to devote himself entirely to his other group, Sober. Not wanting the adventure to end like this, the two remaining members recruited in the song Ingemar Jansson, Krister Johansson on guitar and Kjell Ramstedt behind the drums. This is how it was released in 1993 on the label Burning Heart, their first EP Vision, a success because it sold more than 25,000 copies. A CD that will lay the foundation of what No Fun At All will be, namely an incisive punk rock, harassing but tinted with melody thanks to Jansson's particular voice. No time to die since their first album (as well as that of the label in particular) will come later No Straight Angles allowing the combo to realize their success. Then followed EPs like In a Rhyme in June 95 and There is a Reason to Believe in Miracles in the same year. Out Of Bounds was released in October 95, well received by the press and fans, receiving cult tracks from the band such as "Beat This effort will include the participation of NFAA founder Jimmy Olsson in the choirs. After the EP And Now for Somehing Completely Different in June 97, Olsson was again co-author of the first track of the album The Big Knockover a month later. An effort that marks a radical change in both the sound and the power of the pieces. A compilation of the first EPs was released in 1998 under the name of Going Stefan Neuman will appear to take up the post of guitarist now vacant. The latter arrived in time for the famous live in Tokyo in 1999. This start of the millennium will not begin under the best auspices, because after a State Of Flow in 2000, disconcerting album, much deeper and worked but missing from this fishing that characterized the band so much, split it will point the end of its nose in 2001 marking the end of a great adventure that made No Fun At All one of the spearheads of the European punk-rock, if not world-wide. The band nevertheless continued to play a few times, in Sweden or outside their borders from 2004, until 4 years later, during an appearance at Groezrock, Belgium, NFAA officially declared to be releasing an album shortly. Low Rider therefore came out on their own label, Beatsem Down, a return to the sources, as the band wanted to be explosive but just as melodic.
