No Good Men
Biography
The band was born in October 2001, with Steph (guitar/song), Phil (bass) and Rico (guitar) making some acoustic songs. But the three brothers soon felt a need to transcribe the pieces into an electric version. They then started looking for a drummer, and it was in January 2002 that Dan joined the band. Over time, they evolve over the influence of each member.
In January 2005 Rico, the main guitarist, decided to leave the band for personal reasons; After two long months without repeating they decide to continue on three. Influences are changing and three-way work resumes. End 2005 marks the release of the EP Raise From the Dead on the label My First Records . The year 2006 begins on passages in the hexagonal press and scenes, with the arrival of a new member in the group which marks a decisive turning point. This is how Nico (ex- Sons Of Saturn , Cobalt ) replaces Phil on bass. Phil now plays the role of second guitarist. The set is reviewed and adapted, so it's with this new line up that the band chain dates with including Much The Same, Vulgaires Machins, Hateful Monday, The Twisted Minds ...
Summer '07, they left for the Snapcut Studio and put in a box a first album that only released in spring '08 at My First Records and Eternalis Records. On its launch, the quartet recorded a recovery of "Reparation" for the 88 Fingers Louie (My First Records / Eternalis Records).
