North Lincoln was born in 1999 on the side of Grand Rapids, Michigan. After several unsuccessful attempts to join the services of a second guitarist, the band finally opted for the three-way formula. Very quickly, the band recorded a first draft of 12 songs. Along with North Lincoln, members are participating in a side hardcore/thrash project called Don Knotts. Back to the main project, the trio published some eps, including Viaje and Apology in 2003, before releasing its first real album, Truth is A Menace in 2005.
