Northlane
Biography
Northlane was founded in Sydney in 2009 by Adrian Fitipaldes (Chant), John Deiley (Guitare), Josh Smith (Guitare), Alex Milovic (Basse) and Brendan Derby (Battery). However, Alex and Brendant left the band from the first, before recording the ep Hollow Exit, which was released in 2010. They were replaced by Simon Anderson on the guitar and behind the drums, Mitchell Collier who remained for only a while, then Nic Pettersen. With this stability, the Metalcore group released Discoveries in 2011 via UNFD and toured Australia with August Burns Red. In 2012, a tour with Parkway Drive followed, followed by a second with Counterparts and Stray From The Path. At the end of 2012, Alex returned to the band on guitar and replaced Simon, then Northlane returned to the studio and gave birth in 2013 to a second Singularity record and became more and more known throughout the world. New tours are planned with Stray From The Path and Karnivool in Australia, followed by Veil Of Maya, Structures and Bring Me The Horizon in the United States. At the end of 2014 Adrian left the band, Marcus Bridge became the new singer and Northlane released a new album in 2015.
