Country: United Kingdom
Styles: Death Metal Progressive Thrash Metal

Biography

Formed in 1998 under the name Overlander, Outcast released a first demo in 1999 and an ep in 2002. The band composes an effective Thrash / Death and takes its first steps on stage. In 2005, Outcast released his first album, signed by Thundering Records, much more muscular than his previous productions. Three years later, the Francilians returned with Self-Injected Reality, still at Thundering Records. Despite an undeniable quality of writing, Outcast is unable to stand out and invest in the metal scene, despite opening concerts for bands such as Gojira or Loudblast. Four years and a signature at Listable Records later, Outcast prepared his return with Awaken The Reason, which marks an important turning point in his career, still bringing new elements to an already varied music with influences of the modern prog scene like Textures or Meshuggah, keeping the violence of the beginnings as Psycroptic or Cephalic Carnage can do.
