Phin[ea]s Gage is the name of an English worker from the late 19th century who survived a lobotomy and continued to work in the construction of the railways. It is also a melodic punk band from Brighton (England) that has no less than 300 dates (with Rufio , Ten Foot Pole , Streetlight Manifesto to name but a few) and two albums released on Deck Cheese , More Haste , More Speed in 2002 and The Feeling Something's Wrong in 2005.
After integrating Karlos Brown into the line-up as second guitarist, they left Deck Cheese to join the catalog of the German company Fond Of Life that released Brighton Rock in early 2006, then Seek Out Your Foes on 19 February 2007 (and on 19 March in the United Kingdom), in collaboration with the labels Shattered Thought, Small Town Records and Winged Skull. While recording the opus, Matt Steele replaced Kalem with the battery. 2 European mini tours (late 2006 and early 2007) followed by France for a few concerts.
