Biography

Originally from Versailles, Phoenix is a combo formed around Thomas Mars, Deck d'Arcy, Christian Mazzalai and Laurent Brancowitz. The band's first steps were made in 2007 with a first single released on their Ghettoblaster label, which then allowed them to sign at Source Records (Air ). A first album, United , was released in 2000 and allowed Phoenix to find himself on the BO of Lost in Translation . 4 years later, it is Alphabetical's turn to arrive in the ferries, defended by more than 150 dates that give rise to a live live! Thirty Years Ago. It's Never Been Like That takes over with a single title by Paramore. Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix (2009) and Bankrupt then succeeded each other! (2013) while the French are always more successful off Atlantic.
