Pinkshinyultrablast

Pinkshinyyultrablast, the name of an Astrobrite album, is also that of a young Russian band influenced by Krautrock, Stars of the Lid or My Bloody Valentine. Composing with the galleys and lack of resources, it is finally towards the shoegaze that the formation is headed for its surprising first EP released via Oddbox Records in 2009: Happy Songs for Happy Zombies. The quartet from Saint Petersburg is currently working on its first album.
