Originally from Faro (Portugal), Pointing Finger was formed in 1999 around Dave, Diogo and Rafael, an original drummer who had since left. Very quickly the band began to shoot in Portugal and recorded a first demo entitled Fighting For the Movement the same year. A first 7 inches is put in the box a year later but Pointing Finger will have to wait two years before seeing it released on the label My Own Records. Until 2004, the Portuguese released a multitude of material scattered in 7 inches, compilations and splits that will be gathered on the album Best Bruises. The signature in 2006 with the Italian label Goodwill Records offers Pointing Finger the opportunity to release his first album Milestone .
