Pour Habit

Habit formed in 2005 under the leadership of Steve and Chuck in Compton, California. After some changes of line-up and post (!) the line-up stabilizes with the arrival of the Walsh brothers and the Shaun guitarise. After winning a local contest allowing to play with Authority Zero and Guttermouth the band starts a consistent ascent and increases its fan base at each concert, true raison d'être of the band.
2007 marks the arrival of the band's first album, Suiticide, recorded in two days with a single battery socket (!) and in near-live conditions (due to limited budget). After many concerts and a more than noticed participation in the compilation Punk Rock Concoction (to make known the most promising bands of the US punk-rock) the band opens for Strung Out on multiple dates thanks to Colin's father, friend of the drummer of the protégés of Fat Mike.
The logical suite quickly became known, the band's CD fell into the hands of big Mike at the turn of a SO concert and Pour Habit was propelled to Fat Wreck Records. A mini tour with NoFX and The Flatliners takes place in April while Suiticide is scheduled for May. New songs should be recorded this summer.
