Pretend

Southern Californians Joel Morgan (drums), Luke Palascak (song and guitar), Timothy Ramirez (guitar) and Mike Russel (bass) form Pretend with the same passion, mix post-rockian/matheuse and jazzy music to form only one single sound, theirs. They released their first album Bones In The Soi l, Rust In The Oil , in 2009. After signing on the label Shelsmusic ( *shels , Brother/Ghost , Sons of Noel and Adrian ...) this first opus was republished the following year with an artwork directed by Mehdi Safa ( *shels , Mahumodo ). They returned in 2011 with a new production, the EP Live Garage Demos , self-produced and limited edition.
