Radiohead
Biography
The name On A Friday , formed in 1982, obviously does not evoke much, for many people. It is however these five individuals (Thom Yorke, Ed O的Brien, Colin Greenwood, Jonny Greenwood and Phil Selway) who after several demos and maxims released Pablo Honey, in 1993, but this time under the name of Radiohead. While The Bends in 1995 can only confirm the talent of this pop-rock band from England, Ok Computer, in 1997, will raise them to the rank of cult group, no one (or then they are really well hidden ...) will ignore the name of Radiohead. The apocalyptic and enigmatic Kid A and Amnesiac (released only eight months apart) will divide the audience, the band turning to a pop-electro experiment, but which definitely remain two excellent albums having their place in the evolution of the band. We are in 2003 and the next opus of one of the major groups of the end of century is cruelly awaited... Hail To The Thief goes far beyond our expectations.
In 2007 released In Rainbows , where the band offered the album for download at the price desired by the buyer. Then, on December 31, the disc comes out in store, with some bonuses. Continuing in its unpredictable communication (deletion of any communication for a few days, ...), Radiohead then announced The Kings Of Lambs then A Moon Shaped Pool .
