Biography

Christian: Chant/Guitare Christoph: Guitar/Chant Werner: Bass/Chant Constantin: Battery
The group born in 1997 in Austria, specifically in Graz. They have a clear and simple goal, punk...hardcore... melodic. But not anyone, far from having the idea of doing what had already been heard hundreds of times, trying to originalize while keeping the basics of this style of dynamic, chorus and explosive tempo. And the recipe can take due to the presence of a good singer at the helm, fast guitarists and an unusual drummer. All under a rather devastating political commitment. ( Yes, it's not just the U.S.A. that's going wrong. )
It will take until 1999 to see the release on Remedy Records, a Vienna-based label, of their first real Opus Stop When. It's fast, melodic, committed, original. They get completely loose and it feels and does a crazy good. This opus allows them to start travelling in Europe. This gives them the opportunity, after all, to record in a London label called Householdname Records. This is how it came out in 2002 And The Time Goes By . We can feel a certain evolution in the background. A heavier sound, a less subtle tantinet, less fast but still feeling as important a fergue. This galette will allow the band to make many concerts and other festivals, sharing the poster with big sizes, such as Good Riddance, Dropkick Murphys, A.F.I. or Agnostic Front. Due to the resounding success of the 2003 tour of Anti-Flag, where Red Lights Flash was obviously taking part, these first ones will decide to have them signed on their label, A-F Records ( Inquisition , The Unseen , ...) which will be their first European signature. This collaboration will lead to the band's third album, Free in 2004.
Since then, the combo foams European scenes, supporting bands such as Rise Against in 2005 or Anti-Flag and the Unseen in 2006.
In 2007 Red Lights Flash recorded some new songs and opened for Strike Anywhere on the European tour of the Americans, then for A Wilhelm Scream in 2008.
2009 finally saw the release of For Your Safety on RLF Records, a label created by the band itself.
