Riwen

Riwen is primarily the project of a man: Johannes Persson, singer and guitarist of Cult of Luna. Seeking both to regain more spontaneity and to return to the roots DIY / Hardcore old-school which marked the starting point of his personal musical journey, he surrounded Fredrik Lindkvist and Christian Augustin, respectively singer and drummer of Totalt Jävla Mörker. This hard core is quickly completed by bassist Christoffer "138" Röstlund Jonsson (DS-13 , AC4 , Epileptic Terror Attack , Sonic Ritual ...) and guitarist Marita Jonsson Mätlik. Signed on the Norwegian label Indie Recordings, Riwen released in October 2014 an eponymous EP followed in August 2015 by a first album, The Cold .
