Roadburn

The Roadburn is a Doom / Stoner / Psychedelic festival held each April in Tilburg, Netherlands. The festival starts very modestly in 1995 at the start on a single day, but it is especially in 2005 that the renowned festival explodes gathering on this edition groups like Sunn O)), Electric Wizard, Brant Bjork or High On Fire. In 2007 the Roadburn takes place over three days with an Afterburner on Sunday, a sort of Post-Roadburn to go down smoothly after the intensity of past concerts. In recent years, and with a growing reputation, the festival has been sold out in a few minutes on the canvas, the squares selling like bread rolls. The Roadburn has about 100 bands playing each year.
