Biography

Gilles Magotteaux - singing Anthony Schiepers - bass Réginald Coeymans - guitar Fabrice Coeymans - drums
The story of Run-Amuck began in 1993. François and Réginald recruited Gilles, a long-time friend with whom they engaged in concerts. The first ones will be performed without bassist but the starting trio quickly integrates Dony into this position.
Convinced of Run-Amuck's potential since the beginning, J.-P. Cocco agreed to produce the band's first demo in 1994. It receives a very favourable reception from the specialist press in the region of Liège and allows the group to cross the iron with already confirmed formations such as Hoax, Gorefest or Out For Blood. Run-Amuck entered the studio a year later for the recording of his first ep and little failed the Dour Festival's selection springboard, his efforts being rewarded with an appearance on the cd of the event. On the other hand, the Belgian group is actually on the poster of the 1996 edition.
In 1998, Run-Amuck returned to the Oak Palace studio for the recording of Herpes for the Mankind. The result is a series of concerts across Wallonia.
It is not until 2002 that the Belgian band starts the rehearsals of King of All the Weaks , third album which will take four years to release.
