Saviours
Biography
Scott Batiste (Battery), Austin Barber (Guitare / Chant), Cyrus Comiskey (Basse) and Tyler Morris (Guitare) founded Stoner Metal Saviours in 2004 in Oakland, California. Very quickly the quartet made its first weapons with the ep Warship in 2005 followed by the album Crucifire in 2006 both published by Level Planet Records. The following year they released the ep Cavern Of Mind via Kemado Records, and made a tour with Mastodon in England, another with Red Sparowes in the United States as well as dates scattered with The Sword, Nachtmystium, Earthless and Witchcraft. 2008 is also very busy for the band with the release of Into Abaddon and big tours with separately High On Fire, Fu Manchu, The Sword and Black Cobra. The following year Saviours grew in fame and performed on stage with Baroness, then Skeletonwitch and Trap Them, as well as Kylesa and Red Fang, accompanied by their new opus, Accelerated Living. Chris Grande replaced Cyrus on bass in 2009, also quickly replaced Carson Binks in 2010, and guitarist Sonny Reinhardt took Tyler's place the same year. During these three years, the new line-up is continuously on the roads (with Saint Vitus , Weedeater , Black Cobra , Bison B.C or Midnight ) and returns with Death's Procession in 2011. For two years, Saviours is still crowding the concert halls (with Corrosion Of Conformity , Clutch , Mondo Generator , Church Of Misery ), taking a break in 2014 and releasing his fifth opus, Palace Of Vision , at Listable Records in 2015.
