Biography

See You Next Tuesday formed in Michigan in February 2004, basically like a big music joke. Brandon Schroder (Chant), Adam Karpinski (Guitare), Drew Slavik (Guitare), Adam Payne (Basse) and Andy Dalton (Battery) perform a few concerts and release two eps in 2005: Summer Sampler and This Was A Tragedy. Adam Payne left the band, was briefly replaced by Rick Woods for a few months and Travis Martin (Basse). Chris Fox took up the position of singer Brandon at the end of 2006 who had to leave the training for health problems, then, the band seeing that the sauce was rising, decided to start his career seriously and signed with Ferret Music. Parasite was born in 2007, allegedly recorded twice because of a first session lost due to a computer crash and See You Next Tuesday reveals more widely to the world their approach between Deathcore, Grindcore and Mathcore. They tour the United States and Canada with various bands like Coalesce, From A Second Story Window, The Number Twelve Looks Like You, The Acacia Strain or Winds Of Plague. The following year, See You Next Tuesday released its second album: Intervals. After a few concerts and Josh Krueger who replaced Travis on bass in 2008, the band announced its hiatus for an indefinite duration at the end of August 2009. Chris Fox (Chant), Drew Slavik (Guitare), Josh Krueger (Basse) and Andy Dalton (Battery) are reviving the machine in 2015 with their participation in the Don't Call It A Fest II in September. The musicians made a handful of concerts and Josh Krueger left his place for Rick Woods who returned to the bass band in 2017. It takes a few years for See You Next Tuesday to announce a new and third effort, Distractions , which appeared at the beginning of 2023 via Good Fight Records followed by Relapses, which appeared in 2024 made up of unedits and remixes.
