Sharon Van Etten

Sharon Van Etten is an American musician who plays in an indie pop/rock register and began her career in 2008 with a self-produced and unsigned debut album. It's really the following year with Because I Was in Love that serious things start, during a tour where she performs the first part of Meg Baird, she meets Greg Weeks, with whom she produces this first real opus, recorded at the Hexham Head studio in Philadelphia, the songs are arranged in a minimal and direct way.
