Shikari (Japanese translation of bodyhunters) is a Dutch quartet formed in 1999 on the ashes of Office Killer. In 2000, the combo released a first disc on Deadlock Records: Robot Wars which places them between screen and power violence Union of Uranus . Until 2004, Shikari foamed concerts in Europe alongside bands like Phoenix Bodies, At The Drive-in, Seein' Red and The Robotop Kraus. In 2005 Shikari split up and performed a farewell concert on the stage of their first performance 6 years ago. Today, Bas plays in a blues band, Maurice is involved in the stoner and garage rock while playing in Marat, Mark sings in Grinding Halt and Michael is available since the split of Makiladoras in 2006.
