Shook Ones , a melodic hardcore punk band composed of former members of Blue Monday and Ancille , was born in 2003 in Bellingham, Washington, and subsequently migrated to Seattle. In 2004, the band recorded a demo cassette followed, in June 2005, by a first album, entitled Sixteen , by Endwell Records. At the end of 2005, Shook Ones signed with Revelation Records for which he directed, in January 2006, Slaughter Of The Isolate , a three-track ep, released on vinyl only. The band then toured with Sinking Ships and took part in the Big Deal Tour in March with Paint It Black and The LOved Ones. Once again with Sinking Ships , Shook Ones makes a European tour during September-October which will take them to Caen for the French date alone. The band's second album, Facetious Folly Feat , was released in October 2006 at Revelation Records. In January 2007, drummer Nate left the band. He was replaced by Jimmy of No Roses of Philadelphia.
