Sleep Theory is an American alternative rock/metal band formed in 2022 in Memphis, Tennessee. The project was initiated by Cullen Moore, a former soldier and self-taught singer, who decided to devote himself fully to music by exploring a modern sound mixing rock, metal and electronic influences. The group quickly noticed thanks to its viral presence on TikTok and its catchy tracks with powerful choruses.
